You'll need the case ID printed on the Executor Instructions PDF that was kept with the deceased's original will. Without it, you cannot start a case here — but you can run a paid registry search to confirm a will exists.
What happens next: after you enter the case ID, you'll upload the death certificate, the probate document, your government ID, and a selfie. Then enter the PIN. A reviewer examines your submission, and after a cooling-off period you'll receive read-only access to the deceased's inventory.
